I purchased my first systems from H20 to Go 20 years ago. It was the SSR 7 Stage. I eventually purchased the CDS custom drinking station as well. H20 to Go serviced the filters over the years and I was extremely happy with the quality of the product and their customer service.When I moved recently, the new home had one of those generic, cheap soft water softerers in the garage and an inexpensive RO unit under the sink. So, I called H20 to Go again and Sid chatted with me about options and I purchased a new system. I decided on the the new SSR Plus 8 Stage Water Refiner and the CDS custom drinking station again.He had it installed the very same day and Wow!....the difference is unbelievable. If anyone is questioning if it's worth it...don't. The bathing water feels like silk, our skin doesn't itch any more and my girl's hair is already easier to manage.The drinking water tastes like the most premium bottled water you can buy. The added minerals and polisher definetly work. It makes me want to drink more water.The installer was professional, efficient and nice!Great company, great products, great people. Well done.

He was honest about various options and provided recommendations consistent with our conversation. He was right on time for the sales call and the tech was also right on time. We recently moved to Las Vegas and needed to have a water filtration and reverse osmosis system installed in our home. Carla came out to give us an overview of their systems and what would work best for our needs. The price for their system was very fair and they were able to do a same day install. Very professional and easy to contact and communicate with. We would recommend them if you are looking for a water system.

We had a great experience with Chris and H2O To Go. We are very happy with our drastically improved water! I was having a lot of skin issues from the hard, chlorinated water and they started clearing up immediately after we installed this system. We got multiple estimates for water systems and felt that this was the best price and a better product. The water tastes great too! The installation was quick and easy and such a nice installer. I recently moved from Texas to Vegas and found out about the problem with Vegas water. After getting H2O to Go complete system for our home, I never thought I would say, "this water tastes so good!" but it is! I waited about 2 weeks to write this review to make sure what I would write is the honest truth and from personal experience. H2O to Go is the water company you would want to work on your water treatment. Chris Christensen is awesome!!! He is straight forward and gives you straight honest answers. He explains everything in detail and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Chris is the best in the business - hands down!!!

About a month ago we got the refining system, and from start to now, everything has been better than we could have asked for. I called H20 and got put in contact with Chris, he fit us in the middle of his day and came out to talk with us. We had talked with another company a week ago and still hadn’t heard back about getting our system installed that’s when I reached out to H20. Chris came out, super knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Told me my system could be installed next day. He wasn’t wrong, while he was there he called and had our appt set for next day. Cam came out and did our install, super nice guy and very knowledgeable and quick. Overall, everyone was so friendly and knew a lot about the products and VERY honest people to say the least. We LOVE our system, our drinking water tastes great and we have absolutely no complaints! They have our business and the ONLY people we will recommend.
Montie was here to service my filters! He let me video the steps and explained everything step-by-step! He was very professional and answered all my questions! Thank you for the GREAT service today!

A well-known fact, Las Vegas has horrible water! I would have never drank from my tap, so wanting to make an improvement and after researching this company and comparing them to various others, I gave them a call.
The sales representative I spoke with, Mel, made an appointment to come to my home for a presentation and free quote. When she arrived, I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and extensive knowledge of her product and the overall water situation. She answered my every question and I gladly purchased a 4 stage mineral filtration system.
Their plumber came out the next day and thoroughly explained where everything was going to go, then he expeditiously installed my system and provided me with instructions of how to operate.
Now I love my water, finding myself drinking more! No more hard water, no more having to buy bottled water, no more going through charcoal shower nozzles, I can actually use my ice cube's now, and my newly filtered drinking water tastes great! Showers feel wonderful and for the 1st time since I bought my house, I now see suds when I use my washing machine!
I am extremely happy with this investment and the service I received from this outstanding company. I would gladly recommend them to anyone else!

My security system viewed some guy named Cody pounding on my front door not once but twice, I guess he doesn't know how to use a doorbell, then jamming a business card in my front door. I am sure this company has been in my NO SOLICITATION neighborhood before, I don't care how good their system is, I would never purchase or use their products or service...

Best investment Ever!!!! My baby had really stubborn eczema that was painfully itchy all over his body. He constantly had to have ointment put on and it seemed like even then it was never gonna go away. Within 1 week of having our water system installed it went almost all away. I was in disbelief, but then again my own skin was getting better, all the acne I struggled with was disappearing. With the addition of the alkaline water filtration for our drinking water my family was drinking more water because it was some of the best tasting alkaline water and I’m super picky about my water. I use to spend so much money on alkaline and now we have an unlimited supply! Not to mention that we are also saving so much in cleaning supplies. Although I cannot put a price on the health of my family it’s nice to know we are saving money to put towards other more important things in life, like ice cream lol. Special thanks to Scott for his wonderful customer service. He was professional and had so many helpful tips so we could maximize our water experience( where to buy salt,etc) and other helpful life hacks. Thank you soooo much! - A truly grateful parent

Living in Vegas everyone knows you need a water softener, but which company do you choose? We were fortunate enough to do business with H20 to Go! We had a great experience from beginning to end. Toni, our saleswoman, is knowledgeable and professional! She knew we were anxious for our installation and was able to get us scheduled the next day! She even came back the following week to complete another test. Eddie, our plumber/installer, was great was well! He worked quickly and efficiently and was also very knowledgeable. We just had a Water System installed in our home and was delighted. Melissa Roof was very professional and well versed on the systems, the installer was on time and complete in the install, answering and questions we might have had. We have had a water system from h2o to go for about 10 years and we absolutely love our water!When we go to friends houses we struggle wanting to drink water because our water is so good!! Not to mention 10 years without a single problem! Call Scott Hammond! He is the best!
