Well, safe to say I had no idea how bad the Las Vegas water was until I moved out here. As soon as my boyfriend and I moved it became apparent how bad the water was. Our old water softener met it’s demise earlier this year.  We went a few weeks without a functional one and you could really tell a difference in our home.  Hard water was building up around the sinks, the shower door was impossible to keep clean, etc.  It was miserable.

We got a quote from another company that was outrageously high.  Then H2O to Go came to provide a quote.  They blew the other company out of the water.  We were able to get a nicer model with H2O to Go for less than the other company’s basic, no frills option.  

The installation was scheduled for the next day, which was even better.  I was so eager to get our water treated again.  

The difference in how the water felt was immediate.  The system was definitely miles above our old one and you could actually feel it.  Once I cleaned up the old hard water spots and build up, no more accumulated with the new system.  What a relief!!

They also installed a new reverse osmosis filter and tap for us under our sink.  We had one already, but it was old and the filters were hard to change so we opted for the upgrade.

We have had our H2O to go setup now for almost a year with no problems.  Everyone we interacted with at the company was wonderful and kind, the equipment and service is fairly priced, and it just works.  Highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a new softener & filter system.

We had talked with another company a week ago and still hadn’t heard back about getting our system installed that’s when I reached out to H20. Chris came out, super knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Told me my system could be installed next day. He wasn’t wrong, while he was there he called and had our appt set for next day. Cam came out and did our install, super nice guy and very knowledgeable and quick. Overall, everyone was so friendly and knew a lot about the products and VERY honest people to say the least. H2O to GO is freaking fabulous! Best water systems in Las Vegas. Sid hooked us up on an excellent system the SSR “seven stage refiner”. If you are looking for a reliable system in Las Vegas you def need to look no further than H2O to go. Not only did we get the S.S.R they even set us up with an Alkaline Reverse Osmosis drinking system. “filters only need to be changed once a year”. There are a lot of companies in Las Vegas that claim to be the best but I can tell you H2O to GO is the best and they know what they are doing. They go above and beyond. Randy installed our system and he did a phenomenal job.

The water is so soft and clean and the system maintains itself. All you have to do is worry about filling the salt and H2O to GO can help you in that department too. They offer salt delivery! Don’t break your back or your wallet check them out today.

It’s been almost 3 months now since we had H2O to GO installed our water softener and reverse osmosis and it’s really been beneficial to our skin and our health. Now we have softer water to use and cleaner, healthier water to drink!

We had our consultation with Chris and he was very polite and patient and very knowledgeable answering our questions. Cam installed our water softener and reverse osmosis. He even hooked it up to our fridge so now our ice maker is working and producing clean refreshing ice! Cam went above and beyond hooking up our main water line outside the house to the main water softener during the hot summer. Cam did a great job installing our system.

H2O to Go is a great company, have used them on two houses now and they always under promise and over deliver. We have the whole home system and reverse osmosis in the kitchen and both work flawlessly. Going on 4 years now with the current system and decided to write this review as we had them come out and service everything a few weeks ago. I fully expected a large bill but instead they tested everything, confirmed it’s working well and I only had to pay for long overdue filters in the kitchen which was cheaper than Amazon. They even give you the part numbers if you want to buy and install yourself. Montie did an amazing job, and even got under the sink and tightened our faucet. Love these guys; fair, honest, and they know the business and how to treat a customer.

I had just purchased home and it already had a 7 stage refiner water softener and a reverse osmosis. There was no manual for these and I didn’t want to make any mistakes. My water softener was unplugged for some time prior to moving in. When I tried to plug it in myself, I had no clue what all the stuff on the display meant. I checked around Google and then decided to go on Yelp to find a company that service this. I spoke to another company prior to calling H2O to Go and decided to check under my sink to see if there was any company labels on it and found that it was from H2O to Go. I called them and they said they were the ones that set up and serviced  both of them. It was a fee for the service visit and then I had to pay for the filter changes on my reverse osmosis. Troy came to my home and was so helpful and informative. He showed me how the reverse osmosis work and how I didn’t need a refrigerator filter, which was awesome that I didn’t need to buy that. Most people try to add on things and I respect honesty. After he replaced my filters on the reverse osmosis, he showed me how to use my water softener system and helped me add the salt pellets in. I’m glad I didn’t need to replace this system. Most companies try to get you to replace them costing thousands. I appreciate the honesty and customer service Troy provided. I will remember to contact them for my next maintenance.

The company rep showed up at our appointed meeting time and started with a full, clear explanation of the products for purchase while showing much patience and courtesy for our questions, with no rush on his part. We were in the market for a water softener and filtration system. After four years of living in the desert, coming from a very humid atmosphere, I could tell the hard water was taking a toll on my skin and hair. The hard water was also taking a toll on our appliances as well.

A neighbor recommended H2O to go and Mark came to our home for a free estimate. He was very friendly and informed. After a 30 minute consultation we decided that this company was a fit for us.

We chose our system based on our needs and also got an alkaline water system for drinking as well. This was about 9:30 in the morning and less than three hours later the company was installing our systems. The plumber was very experienced and finished the entire installation in just over an hour.

We have had our system for about two weeks now and I can tell the difference in my skin and hair already.
