I have lived In Las Vegas over 24 years and I have been through 3 water softener systems . A Kinetico system which the dealer did not want to honor the warranty or repair the system when it stopped working. Then a Sears Kenmore system which lasted a long time but was not a purifier simply a water softener. Now in my new home I have a actually water system that makes my water soft and contaminate free!! Plus the R/O unit supplies me with alkaline water so no more spending money on cases of alkaline water. With the convenience and money saving, I wish I would’ve gotten there SSR system years ago!! I would have saved time and money. Having owed different systems it clear to see the quality of their systems. It is definitely a much better made system. So there you have it. A better system and much better people to deal with!! Thanks Melissa!!!
