We purchased a home (06/2025) with a previously installed (2018) 7-Stage whole house water filtration system from H2OtoGO, softener, and RO system. We didn’t know much about the system or recent service, so we called for help.
Mark Thomas was immediately helpful! After a couple of phone calls, Mark made a special trip out to our new home after normal business hours. He inspected our current system, and explained everything to us – he spent over an hour with us!
Mark’s knowledge and professionalism about his product was/is exemplary! He explained the possible need for filters, but said we may not need them immediately – no “up-charging” or pressure to do anything!
We have scheduled a service call with H2OtoGO to update/upgrade our system – mainly because of Mark Thomas!
