Monty came by with 5 bags of salt for our water softener system today. He also checked our water quality to make sure the system is functioning well and the water is still good. That’s a 5 star* service right there because we had ordered salt before but never received the extra service. He is awesome!
We also had to replace the water filters for our RO in the kitchen and Monty is a great teacher. He walked through step by step on the different check points while replacing the filters to make sure we don’t miss any step when we replace the filters on our own next time.
We couldn’t be any happier with the service he provided and thanks for going the extra mile!
