Called and spoke to Sid. who took the appointment and sent Scott out to meet with us. Scot was a true professional and listened to our needs not just try to up-sell us on things we didn’t need. The instillation was scheduled the next day and the installer was very thorough and did a great job with the install including finding a loose dishwasher line the builder didn’t catch. Very happy so far and the water from the RO taste amazing.
