My family and I are loving the drinking water that is readily available. I love not having to wait for a deliver, or worry about our new wood flooring being ruined by a leaky water unit (which had happened more than once at our old home). Even my dishes are cleaner! The fresh water completely removed the white residue that had built up from washing them at our old house.
Our installation went a little array. My husband called and different technician came out to fix the mistakes. We were so impressed with the attention to detail that Robert took to make sure we were happy with our purchase, my husband personally called to thank the manager for sending him out. That is the difference between a good company and a great one. As a business owner, I know not everything can go right all of the time, but taking the time to take care of your customers first and foremost is what sets them apart. Thanks for a job well done H2O!
