Thanks to them for installing our units. Chris was great from the very beginning. He showed up at our door when we first moved in (new community) and I explained that I had the loop for the purpose of obtaining a unit and let him know that I was not ready yet. He was not pushy at all, as most sales people are. He simply gave me his card and I called when I was ready.
Chris was very detailed and knowledge about everything to do with the system, water purification, etc. He schooled my wife and I to have a better understanding than we did before. Eddy was our installer. Such a nice guy, genuine, and just explained everything that he was doing, when I was around at the times where he was. Very, very friendly and someone you don’t mind at all having in your home. Thanks to Chris for stating we could have the loop moved and for Eddy for making the move and placing it exactly where we wanted it, so we could still park both cars in the garage.
We have had the units for almost a week and you can tell the difference almost immediately. Our skin is smoother, water is clean, as are the ice cubes. Thanks to the friendliest staff, and for the ladies in the office that are all so nice when you call in. If you are in need of a water softener or RO system, there is no one better than H2O to Go.
