He spent a significant amount of time answering my many questions and provided really good information. I never felt like I was bothering him or wasting his time with all my questions, and he really took his time to explain and educate in a general information sort-of-way (in other words not high pressure which I appreciated!). On top of that the installer was super great. Would definitely recommend this company!
