Explaining the value of the system for house owners here in Las Vegas. He answered all our questions in a friendly and professional manner. I will say it was a toss up with the more expensive Kinetico but in the end my family have been very happy with our decision to go with H2O to Go. As other reviewers have noted, you can immediately feel and taste the difference in water quality!
