I ordered the water softener and conditioner through here for my house and so far its been amazing. Very personable staff and high quality water system. With the system, the water is soft and feels great throughout the entire house. It also came with RO water for drinking that was placed under the sink and took out the need for my refrigerator needing a filter as they use their own. They have also placed a better water spigot for water dispensing. The water softening system is not that big and can take up some room but not enough to get in the way. When they installed the system, the technician gave me an option to add a hose line which I am pleased with. For the price, I think it is a worthy investment. As of today, before writing this, I needed to change my filters and spoke with Kay-dee. She informed me that I have reached over my 1 year free service fee for filter change. I felt a little bummed but she was able to wave the fee this one time and save me some money. If you are on the fence about a water softener, call them and discuss you concerns and maybe they can offer something great like they did for me. TLDR: Soft water is amazing, Price is good, personable and caring staff, high quality. Thank you again Kay-dee.
