Having lived in Los Angeles most of my life, I never had to think about the type of water that was coming out of my faucet until I moved to Las Vegas. With that being said, H2O to GO was definitely a great choice for our first, and most likely ONLY system we ever intend to purchase.
The sales process was very easy – CHRIS came into our home and demo’d the 7-step filtration process with us. The demonstration was great and we go to see what was actually in our water. He answered about a thousand questions we had, and was very thoughtful and honest with his opinions when prompted. Although I know it was “a sales pitch”, I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing the system. Prior to Chris’ arrival, we had a few other water companies try to sell us their system and we did not bite due to the sales tactics used. Chris was very knowledgeable about his product and truly appears invested in his clients.
The installation process was phenomenal. CAM did such an amazing job! He was very thorough and detailed – he went over every single detail upon completion of the installation and cleaned up after himself. I told him it was a lot of information to retain, and he provided me with his cellphone number should I ever run into any issues or had questions.
I had a very positive experience with H2O to GO and highly recommend their services if you’re on the fence on which company to choose. We definitely made our money’s worth choosing H2O to Go!
The quality of treatment the system offers is excellent! Our 2 year old son has terrible eczema and has not had any flare ups since installation. Additionally, our hands are soft even after washing a million dishes a day! We had our doubts at the beginning but can definitely see we made the right choice.
