I’ve been researching different brands of water softener and I was bit skeptical of getting the high end brand. I’m about to get the cheaper water softener from Lowes and I”m glad Chris came to our house one day and introduced us to H2O To Go. I don’t usually entertain sales person soliciting in our front door but for some reason I let Chris in and he did his demo. He’s knowledgeable and very patient as we asked a lot of questions. I was surprise for the amount of impurities in our water and decided to go with it. Installation made the following day. That was fast! Water taste great better than some of the bottled water. After the installation, we had a minor leak that night sevaral hours after the installation, and they came and fix it the next day. Excellent service! It’s a bit expensive but still reasonable compared to other high end brands. It’s worth it!! Great product and service. I’ll definitely recommend it.
