We recently had the Seven Stage SSR water system installed about a week ago which included the CDS Custom Drinking Station. The water feels great and so does our skin. It took me a little getting used to the feeling that I didn’t get all the soap rinsed off, but my skin feels much healthier. My skin has been typically dry and itchy, especially since moving to Nevada where we lived in Reno for almost 20 years, however, after moving to North Las Vegas my skin was scaly, dry, itchy and I was noticing red bumps. My daughter who was visiting from the east coast experienced this as well… in just 4 days of being here! Having experienced hard water and its effects for many years, I had often considered a soft water system… after purchasing a new house and noticing the effects here in Las Vegas almost immediately, it was apparent that it would most likely be a good investment.
The CDS 11 stage alkaline reverse osmosis drinking water tastes great. The water bib they installed is great for getting fresh clean water for coffee, tea, soups or whatever you want clean water for and whenever. The water taste is much better, and we can get a drink from the tap in the middle of the night from our upstairs bathroom! Ice cubes are clear, and we aren’t noticing the hard water spots on the shower or toilet (which we were starting to notice… in a new house!?) any longer. (There is even a connection on top of your tank in the garage if you want to connect a hose to wash your car!!). I think my appliances, house pipes, arteries and internal organs are all going to be happier and last much longer without all the hard water and junk running through them! We went with their top line system and we expect a good return on our investment.
Chris Christensen was awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly and patient… wasn’t pushy and worked with us our schedule. As a veteran, I felt well respected and was given additional incentives to buy the system with an extended financing option which was helpful considering all of the costs associated with buying a new house and moving, if you know what I mean.
Chris consistently went out of his way to meet with us, communicated if he was going to be early or late, and came over on the weekends. He has an excellent presentation and knew his material; he supported his presentation with a multitude of facts, demonstrations and water tests. Chris was detailed and thorough in answering our questions.
After the technician installed our water system, Chris came back, redid the tests with the installed system as well as went over how the system works one more time. He further indicated that we could call at any time if we needed support or had more questions. Just another reason to feel great about the decision to buy/invest in this system… good people which make a great product and are/will be there to support the system if needed; they will also come back and put the salt in and check the system every 3 months or so for nominal charge!
