Chris was very informative and professional. I did not know a lot about the water here in NV except that it was hard and having a filtration system is important. It’s more to it than just that. I have notice that cooking with the reverse osmosis system made my food taste better, my clothes don’t make me itch anymore, and I want to just stay in the shower much longer then needed. I’m very satisfied with the system I chose. I appreciated that there were many options to choose from and Chris explained everything to me which made it easy for me to decide what I wanted. He even made sure that after installation, he came out to test the water and make sure that everything was going well. I definitely recommend having someone on their team come out and educate those looking to get a water system added to their home.
