I called H2O to GO, and, an appointment was made for the the next day, Chris came over at the scheduled time, even calling ahead to let me know he was on his way. Chris was masked up and also had booties on his shoes, very thoughtful.
After a series of water test, we discussed what our needs are and he presented several options to fit them. We chose to get a whole house system. We set set up an appointment for the very next day to install.
The installers came out on time, were very friendly, well organized and installed the system in a very timely manner, less than an hour! After answering questions, and going over the equipment with me, they cleaned up the install area and left.
We have been very happy with the filtered, clean, soft water, we notice it after bathing and our clothes feel softer after washing. The drinking water is great, no chlorine or plastic taste to it. Chris came out a week later to check on the system, performing more test to make sure it was performing as it should, it was.
I highly recommend H2O to Go, great customer service and equipment made in the USA.
