However, he was so very he helpful and made suggestions of how and where to install my system (main line instead of the soft water loop). He spent a good deal of time with me on the phone answering questions and gave me his honest opinion.
This was despite the fact that 1) I did not purchase the system from him 2) that he would not be able to install the system 3) I was just a non descript cold caller. He was full of information that he did not have to give to me. He could have just said sorry and ended the conversation.
I would have given him more stars if i could. If i have need in the future for any of their services I wont hesitate to give him a call.
