I had just purchased home and it already had a 7 stage refiner water softener and a reverse osmosis. There was no manual for these and I didn’t want to make any mistakes. My water softener was unplugged for some time prior to moving in. When I tried to plug it in myself, I had no clue what all the stuff on the display meant. I checked around Google and then decided to go on Yelp to find a company that service this. I spoke to another company prior to calling H2O to Go and decided to check under my sink to see if there was any company labels on it and found that it was from H2O to Go. I called them and they said they were the ones that set up and serviced both of them. It was a fee for the service visit and then I had to pay for the filter changes on my reverse osmosis. Troy came to my home and was so helpful and informative. He showed me how the reverse osmosis work and how I didn’t need a refrigerator filter, which was awesome that I didn’t need to buy that. Most people try to add on things and I respect honesty. After he replaced my filters on the reverse osmosis, he showed me how to use my water softener system and helped me add the salt pellets in. I’m glad I didn’t need to replace this system. Most companies try to get you to replace them costing thousands. I appreciate the honesty and customer service Troy provided. I will remember to contact them for my next maintenance.
