Chris is an amazing sales rep he is very detailed to the point that we understood the product and how much the water sucks out in Vegas! He made sure we got our unit installed the next day and made sure we got our free cleaning products brought to us as well . Our skin here in our home is so smooth and not dry at all how it use to be.
