She went above and beyond making sure I understood everything with my water softener and drinking water systems. Being new to these types of things it is always a bonus when someone takes their time to actively listen and assist with your questions. She really took the time to understand my situation and come up with solutions, a service that is truly lacking nowadays. Customer service has become increasingly worse since COVID, and she really deserves a raise and a bonus for her undeniable commitment to H2O to GO.
