Did multiple tests and explained everything thoroughly. The empirical evidence came a few days after installation in that for the first time in our 8 years in Vegas the ice cubes were CLEAR! Horrible to think of the junk that was in our water for all those years. Eric was great. Professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.
