She’s very experienced and knowledgeable. I bought a mid-tier system with a softener, conditioner, and reverse osmosis/alkaline filter. The guy who installed was very professional as well.
The system is working well. My shower water feels a lot better now, and it doesn’t get my shower as dirty as the hard water did before. The r/o system has been great to have, seeing as I don’t like to buy bottled water. The alkaline filter adds minerals back to the water which I’m sure is better than having none.
