Dave, who is relatively new, came with the Salt. Then he proceeded to do the filter exchange, etc. etc. etc. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He went to plumbing school and so he is very much the expert at what he is doing. He also was very pleasant to chat with. What a great experience and fortunately all of my plumbing and soft water parts were in good shape. I highly recommend this company. Accolades to Dave!!!!!!
