Coming from California, I had know idea how “hard” the water is around the Vegas area until Chris did his demonstration.
Chris was our sales agent and came to our door to offer his demonstration. i was not immediately available, so we rescheduled it for a future date. he was very nice, professional, and flexible with his time to accommodate our schedules.
installation was done by Cam. Cam was highly informative, helpful and skilled. he even addressed a plumbing issue under my sink and applied a clamp of some sort that was missing from the hose that connects to the garbage disposal. it was apparent that Cam had a ton of experience. Chris even showed up during install to check up on everything.
a few months now with our system and we are very impressed. thanks guys! definitely a big change with the quality and taste of our water.
