Refund and Returns Policy

At H2O to GO, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and a seamless shopping experience. In-Home Sales: For all purchases made through in-home sales, customers are entitled to a 3-day right to return by law, starting from the date of delivery. During this period, you have the option to return the purchased item for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions stated below.

In-Store and Online Sales: For purchases made both in-store and online, customers benefit from a 30-day full return period. You can return or exchange the product within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery, subject to the conditions detailed below.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in good condition, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
  • For in-home sales returns, the return request must be initiated within the 3-day right-to-return window.
  • For in-store and online purchases, return requests must be initiated within the 30-day return period.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  • In-Home Sales: Contact our customer service team within the 3-day return window to request a return. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and guide you through the process.
  • In-Store and Online Sales: You can either visit our physical store or initiate a return online through your account. Follow the provided instructions to process your return.

4. Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved:

  • For refunds, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with your bank or payment processor’s policies.
  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped or made available for pickup, as applicable.
