I spent a month talking to several different companies and I narrowed it down to three. I was going to go with another company until I gave H2O to GO a call.
I was initially afraid of calling because I didn’t want a high pressure sales pitch. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that there was no pressure to buy.
Sid was very patient with me and thorough with his explanation.
I appreciate his transparency about the parts and the brands they use. He was able to offer a system that met my needs and budget and more than fair price.

Peace of Mind. These systems have a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty. I’ve explored different companies and even DIY options that only offer up to a limited time warranty. The valve, tank, parts and even the resin has a with H2O to GO have a lifetime warranty. In addition to the warranty, H2O to GO is easy to get a hold of. Contacting different companies during the sales process taught me which companies are easy to get a hold of and which are not. H2O is excellent when it comes to communication and followup.
Quality. They go the extra mile with the parts and supplies they use. I’ve noticed that some companies won’t share the brands of supplies or parts they use. I like to know what I am receiving. H2O to GO is an open book. An example is that they use Aldex resin which is made in Canada, while most resin is made in India or China. It’s attention to details like this that show they go the extra mile.
Experience and Expertise. Sid sold me exactly what I needed. I explained that there were only two people in the house, others tried to upsell me on size, while Sid recommended an appropriate size tank for the number of people in the house.
He explained the advantages of having a carbon filter and KDF-55 in a separate tank in addition to softener. KDF-55 is expensive and challenging to use. Most companies use KDF-55 improperly or don’t use enough of it. After doing research on KDF-55, I knew I wanted it to be used in my system. H2O to GO is the only company I trust since they’ve been using it for decades without issues (and a lifetime warranty in the event something does happen). After doing a lot of research, I’ve discovered that there are companies in Las Vegas that are improperly setting up media in their water systems.
Now for the installation. My appointment was at 8am. Cameron showed up early at 7:50am and was finished within an hour and a half.The setup was nice and clean and he positioned the softener perfectly so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. Cameron is very friendly and shared a lot of tips and advice when it comes to plumbing. He also pays extra attention and care to detail.
My water is a lot better. My wife loves it. I noticed a difference in my skin the first day. My clothes are cleaner and not stiff. No hard to get rid of water spots. After over a week of use, my skin issues are going away.
