This month marks one year since I had my H2O to Go Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis Systems installed in my new home. I absolutely love the water in my house and I haven’t bought bottled water in over a year. H2O to Go sent me a text reminding me about having my filters changed. I called and scheduled an appointment. The technician, Montie, called to say he had time a day earlier to service my system. I was happy to have this opportunity and clear my calendar for Friday. Montie was excellent! He explained the entire process, which can be involved and tested the water in my house. Everything came out beautifully and new filters have been installed. Thank you Montie for your excellent customer service and for your comprehensive overview of the entire process. I always say that drinking lot of water is the best gift you can give your body. Knowing the water in my home is filtering out as much impurities as possible is comforting. Thank you again H2O to Go and to Montie!
