We are very happy with the equipments. Melissa is very down to earth and know what she’s talking about. She even shares her knowledge and experiences and more important thing is she doesn’t come to your house to force a sale. She’s there to guide you and make recommendations towards your preferences and goals. She will stay there as long as you need to make sure you understand what you are getting. Her appointments are spot on and checks if everything was done right.
The tech works really fast but not cutting corners because he understands that your water is off while he is working. He explains everything and also answers questions regarding plumbing issues to the best of his knowledge.
